Terms of Agreement

This agreement of sponsorship defines the terms under which the Dolphin Football Club, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “DFC”) with the principle place of business at 885 Schumaan Dr. Virginia Beach, VA 23454 and

(hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”) will execute the sponsorship relationship which will be entered into for advertisement and or promotion of the aforementioned sponsor.
